Céleste Danos is the Operations Manager at the European Macro Policy Network (EMPN). She oversees the organisation’s operations, including finance, grants and contract management, and organisational development.

She brings 10 years of experience in operational and organisational roles in the social impact sector. Prior to joining EMPN, she led operations at the Missing Billion Initiative, where she managed proposal development, grant and contract administration, budgeting, and the coordination of global advocacy events.

Before that, she served for five years as Co-President of En avant toute(s), where she co-led the development of one of the first online support services for survivors of domestic violence in France, and oversaw fundraising and governance. She began her career at UN Women France, working on major campaigns and international partnerships.

Céleste holds a Master’s degree in History and Comparative Civilisations from Paris Diderot University.
